  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Responding to time critical financial queries effectively
  • Prioritization of requests & analysis
  • Understanding of financial reports and foresee issues
  • Management Reporting
  • Knowledge of Management Tools (Clarity) used for effective Project Management
  • HSBC PioneerSOW submission for cost board approvals
  • Effective Resource Planning based on Available budget and Project Demand.
  • Monitoring Group Tools and maintain correct data.
  • Understanding the financials behind each request
  • Resource Balancing within Business Unit to support Funded projects
  • Analysis to evaluate the supply against the demand
  • Financial Dashboards to check the cost against demand request

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT with 3+ years in Management Services.
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Excel expert
  • Should be able to handle first point escalation for process issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise wherever required.
  • Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
  • Must be able to fully understand Cantonese or MandarinMust have exposure to working with the businessStrong command in English language with clear articulation as the role requires to liaise directly with the senior stakeholders.Domain experience in any of the following: Retail banking, insurance (Life insurance), mobile banking, digital banking, wealth, financial planning

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
