  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field, recognized by the Government from a local higher education institution or an equivalent qualification recognized as equivalent.

Responsibilities

- Securely store collected data in a safe environment (digital or physical).

- Manage and update the master list of participants regularly.

- Prepare monthly social media reports for PSAK platform.

- Provide data visualizations in chart format for easy report interpretation.

- Prepare periodic statistical reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

- Create data visualization charts to enhance understanding.

- Compile and interpret data in a format that is easily understandable by relevant departments or stakeholders.

- Assist Talent Perak users in the registration process through the application if issues arise.

- Work with relevant departments to upload programs or events on the Talent Perak portal and app.

- Coordinate with developers or programmers to resolve technical issues on portals and applications.

- Handle inquiries and issues raised via portals, emails, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store.

- Resolve database and portal-related issues.

- Manage portal access and coordinate with third-party vendors or providers.

- Upload and manage documents and data related to reports.

- Perform basic administrative tasks on the portal and applications for smooth operation.

- Monitor system status and report any issues to the technical team.

- Ensure portal and applications function smoothly and remain up-to-date.

- Enter job vacancies and training courses into the system.

- Assist in vendor background checks and ensure complete documentation before submission to procurement.

- Prepare price comparison reports and organize documentation for filing.

- Assist in preparing purchase orders and liaise with procurement for approval.

- Coordinate with freelancers for poster design tasks.

- Create reports and documents as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,620.00 per month
