  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Food & Beverage Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires efficiency, attentiveness, and professionalism in handling guests’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:Guest Service:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly.
  • Provide menu recommendations and take food & beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them and addressing any concerns.

Operations:

  • Set up tables, including arranging cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
  • Assist in preparing and refilling buffet stations (if applicable).
  • Handle payment transactions and issue receipts when needed.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

General Duties:

  • Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with closing duties, including clearing tables and restocking supplies.
  • Support team members and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Neat and professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
