Job Summary:

To manage and optimize the company’s financial performance through strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making. This position is responsible for driving key financial initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and capital management.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: To liase with all relevant stakeholders in order to achieve high levels of accuracy in budget preparation and forecasting, providing valuable insights into financial performance and trends.
  • Financing Opportunities: Identify any funding gap and explore funding opportunities for the company through various channels, such as bank loans, grants and other lines of credit.
  • Financing Applications: Manage all financing application processes which includes documentations, addressing queries, projections and other required information requested by the potential financiers. Strategize and liaised with different departments across different Group entity to ensure timely and accuracy of information submitted.
  • Condition Precedent (CP) Fulfillment: Ensure all CP requirements are fulfilled as per financiers requirement. Plan and liaise with external solicitors, financiers and internal Group departments to facilitate the CP fulfillment.
  • Continuous Monitoring Efficiency: Streamline and optimize the funding processes, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure that the company is at all time in compliance with all continuing conditions of existing facilities.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with lenders, investors, and other funding partners, effectively communicating the organization's financial needs and objectives.
  • Financial Analysis Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • Finance Insights: Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in corporate finance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Accounting/Business Studies/Finance or equivalent.
  • Must possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Proficient in writing and speaking in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Experience in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, as well as create financial forecasts.
  • Ability to prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Experience in dealing with bankers and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex financial data and identify trends and insights.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.
  • Proactive in identifying financial challenges and developing innovative solutions to address them.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
