Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Executive/ Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for B2C Sales & Commercial Partnerships Specialist role. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and driving sales campaigns, managing relationships with key platforms, and identifying new B2C channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational execution, and a keen eye for growth opportunities in both key accounts and B2C platforms. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: B2C Sales Tasks & Responsibilities: • Campaign and BAU Planning: o Plan and execute deals for campaigns and Business As Usual (BAU) activities, in alignment with overall sales goals. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute monthly sales plans, including flash sales and promotions. • Sales Strategy and Optimization: o Leverage assets such as CRM, CEM, and social media channels to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer engagement. o Monitor and optimize the sales performance of campaigns to ensure target achievement, identifying areas for improvement. • Platform Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with campaign goals. o Act as the primary point of contact for platform inquiries, handling communication and coordination efficiently. • Inventory Management and Communication: o Communicate with the operation teams regarding stock availability for campaigns and promotional activities. o Work with internal teams to ensure inventory levels are appropriately managed for key campaigns. • Campaign/BAU Reporting: o Analyse campaign outcomes, sales performance, and BAU activities, highlighting key successes, challenges, and areas of improvement. o Share insights with the team to refine strategies for future campaigns. • Store Management (Baskin Robbins & Foodpanda): o Develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns for Baskin Robbins and Foodpanda Lazada stores, focusing on achieving brand sales targets, while ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience. ________________________________________ Commercial Partnership Tasks & Responsibilities: • Explore New B2C Channels/Platforms: o Identify, evaluate, and engage with new B2C platforms or online marketplaces to grow the company’s presence and sales potential. o Conduct research to spot new opportunities in emerging platforms that align with business goals. • Brand e-Store Outsourcing: o Seek and approach potential brand partners to expand offerings, improve brand visibility, and generate new business opportunities. o Acquire brand store for outsourcing program in store management and sales promotion. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications and Skills: • Education: o Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: o At least 1 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in e-commerce. o Hands-on experience with sales campaigns, digital marketing, and platform management. • Skills & Competencies: o Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and optimize performance. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with CRM tools. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external platform partners. o Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
