Job Summary:

A Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives. The role involves creating, implementing, and monitoring both digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

· Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

· Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

· Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and monitor their performance.

2. Digital Marketing

· Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and schedule posts.

· Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter distributions.

· Perform basic SEO and SEM tasks to enhance website visibility and traffic.

3. Content Creation

· Write, proofread, and edit marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency.

· Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce creative content.

· Develop content for blogs, websites, and press releases.

4. Market Research

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

· Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.

· Keep updated with industry developments and new marketing tools.

5. Event Coordination

· Assist in planning and executing events such as product launches, trade shows, and exhibitions.

· Manage event logistics and promotional activities.

6. Brand Management

· Ensure consistent application of the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all materials.

· Monitor brand perception and suggest strategies for improvement.

7. Collaboration and Communication

· Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales and product development.

· Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

8. Reporting and Analytics

· Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

· Prepare reports on KPIs and ROI to evaluate the success of initiatives.

· Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
