• End to end airline/travel operation in handling pre-online booking enquires, post-online booking enquires, other general enquires in Korean market. • Resolving Customer Care related issues such as Reservations, Bulk bookings, Notification, Re-booking, Credit card verification, Queues Management, Email management for all corporate and travel agent queries in Korean market. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer support in both Korean & English languages professionally. • To exceed customer expectation and achieve SLAs such as quality, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service set by clients. • To communicate effectively and provide accurate, valid and completed information by using the right methods and terminology to Korean customers. • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and understand the culture/background of Korean market. • To be able to work 24/7 rotational shift (each Shift consists of 9 working hours included 1-hour break-time) • Language required: Korean and English (fluent in speaking and writing). • Non-Native Korean speakers are required to possess TOPIK 6 language certificate. • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Airlines/Travel customer service industry. • Must possess minimum Diploma with 5years working experience in related field / Degree with 2years working experience in related field. • Knowledge in GDS system will be an advantage.
