  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

- Advertise and promote sales through advertisements and property platforms, while act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target.

- Prospecting, Scheduling appointments, Assist in negotiation between the clients and the owners and closing sales.

- Represent in selling and providing information on properties and loan consultation to clients, businesses and organizations.

- Liaise with bankers in applying loan with all documentation complete before submission to banker and ensure loan approved for both clients

- Ensure and keep proper documents filing preferably

- Assist reporting supervisor on other related work

PREFERABLY:

  • At least 1 year experience in real estate related job but fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales with no experience are welcome.
  • Passionate to learn on property and loan related matter.
  • Willing to travel 50%-60% of the time.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
