Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations of E-Commerce Marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee Webstore (Sitegiant), Tik Tok & etc)
  • Ensure timely update and upload new products and product listings.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product listings, including product descriptions, status, price, and images as required.
  • Execute basic graphics and video edits as needed to enhance product presentation.
  • Assist with customers regarding missing/damaged items or returns.
  • Assist in handling returns, arranging replacements or refunds, and maintaining accurate records. Prepare reports for returns and refunds bi-weekly across all marketplaces.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide customer service support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on branding and awareness activities.
  • Assist in conducting market research and provide recommendations to senior members in the team.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing corrective measures for successful completion.
  • Contribute to packing, stock management, and stock count activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or relevant certification in E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experienced / Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like Sitegiant Unicart, Sitegiant ERP, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok.
  • Entry-level experience in product listing creation and maintenance.
  • Basic skills in graphics and video editing.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to various aspects of E-commerce operations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of market research concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under guidance.
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin, additional languages a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat 9am - 5pm)
