Job Description:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing Retail Management office work flow and ensuring proper record of audit stores data.
- Analyze operational data and contribute to the development of strategies for performance improvement.
- Ensure audit operations conducted regularly to ensure efficiency, adhere to SOP, and in compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare and summarize monthly audit reports, highlight key findings/loop holes, and areas for improvement.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in business management or related field.
- Proven experience, at least 3-4 years in a managerial or supervisory role in similar industry or equivalent.
- Possess the ability to track data accuracy and cost saving proposal.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Has knowledge on retail operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and reporting.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
