Job Description:

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing Retail Management office work flow and ensuring proper record of audit stores data.
  • Analyze operational data and contribute to the development of strategies for performance improvement.
  • Ensure audit operations conducted regularly to ensure efficiency, adhere to SOP, and in compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare and summarize monthly audit reports, highlight key findings/loop holes, and areas for improvement.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in business management or related field.
  • Proven experience, at least 3-4 years in a managerial or supervisory role in similar industry or equivalent.
  • Possess the ability to track data accuracy and cost saving proposal.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Has knowledge on retail operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
  • Assist with financial management, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
