Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
To oversee all accounting matters.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations and payroll processes.
Developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records.
To assist in inventory control system on costing of stocks and ensure a proper system of documentation.
Performs ad hoc task as requested by Director related to job scope.
Process payments to suppliers and prepare payment vouchers.
Liaise with auditor, manage to handling account receivables & account payable including liaise with supplier and customer.
To ensure proper filing of records and documents are maintained.
Perform monthly payroll process including submission of EPF, SOCSO, PCB and other statutory fillings.
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy / Professional Certificate (fully or partially).
Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in retail industry will be an added advantage.
Able to work with minimal supervision and work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
Knowledge of accounting standard and local tax compliance.
Proactive with high sense of responsibilities
