Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team in the digital banking sector. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless banking experience for our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and assisting with transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer concerns professionally, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking services.
  • Provide accurate information about bank products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with banking policies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing) and Mandarin (Speaking).
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector, is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Must be willing to commute to the office in Petaling Jaya (Phileo Damansara).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
