Job description
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as document processing, arrange delivery, etc.
- Manage incoming calls and administrative emails
- Coordinate administrative tasks for the sales and marketing team with various departments.
- As and when required, assist students in course enquiry, provide course counselling to market and promote academic programmes
- Conduct telemarketing and follow up on student enquiry/ application status
- Assist in the roadshows, education fairs, virtual recruitment events, career talks, and logistic planning
- Assist the sales and marketing team in liaising with school counsellors for career talk or fair participation
- Attend to any other general administrative duties as and when assigned by HOD
Requirements:
- Possess a recognised degree in Marketing/Business or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year working experience in sales administrative role.
- Customer focus and result oriented and able to communicate with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Added Advantage: Able to read and write Mandarin in order to assist in managing Clients from China and translation of Mandarin documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Independent and able to work under pressure
