Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as document processing, arrange delivery, etc.
  • Manage incoming calls and administrative emails
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for the sales and marketing team with various departments.
  • As and when required, assist students in course enquiry, provide course counselling to market and promote academic programmes
  • Conduct telemarketing and follow up on student enquiry/ application status
  • Assist in the roadshows, education fairs, virtual recruitment events, career talks, and logistic planning
  • Assist the sales and marketing team in liaising with school counsellors for career talk or fair participation
  • Attend to any other general administrative duties as and when assigned by HOD

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognised degree in Marketing/Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in sales administrative role.
  • Customer focus and result oriented and able to communicate with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Added Advantage: Able to read and write Mandarin in order to assist in managing Clients from China and translation of Mandarin documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Independent and able to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time (Contractual)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Administrative: 1 year (Required)
