Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell the company’s products and services.
- Qualify leads by gauging customer interest and assessing the suitability of products for their needs.
- Effectively present product benefits, focusing on how they meet customer requirements to encourage sales.
- Handle objections confidently, addressing customer concerns to increase interest and likelihood of a sale.
- Build positive customer relationships through engaging interactions, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
- Record call details and outcomes accurately in the designated system, including follow-up actions and feedback.
- Follow up on leads to maintain customer engagement and maximize conversion rates.
- Meet established call and sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to ensure accurate and persuasive sales pitches.
Requirements:
- Good presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to customize products to meet customer needs
- Computer literate
- Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Independent, proactive, and self-driven
- Willing to work in PJ (near LRT Asia Jaya)
- Experience in a contact center is a bonus
- Experience in insurance, particularly motor insurance, will be an added advantage
