  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Effectively present product benefits, focusing on how they meet customer requirements to encourage sales.
  • Handle objections confidently, addressing customer concerns to increase interest and likelihood of a sale.
  • Build positive customer relationships through engaging interactions, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
  • Record call details and outcomes accurately in the designated system, including follow-up actions and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads to maintain customer engagement and maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet established call and sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to ensure accurate and persuasive sales pitches.

Requirements:

  • Good presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to customize products to meet customer needs
  • Computer literate
  • Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Independent, proactive, and self-driven
  • Willing to work in PJ (near LRT Asia Jaya)
  • Experience in a contact center is a bonus
  • Experience in insurance, particularly motor insurance, will be an added advantage
