About the Role: As a Sales Advisor at Proton Georgetown, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential customers, showcasing the innovative features of Proton's electric vehicles, and ultimately driving sales. You will be stationed at our Macallum & Jalan Larut outlet. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, both in-person and online, to understand their needs and preferences. Build rapport and trust with customers to establish long-lasting relationships. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Proton's electric vehicle range, including their features, specifications, and benefits. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in electric vehicle technology. Effectively communicate product information to customers in a clear and concise manner. Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Address customer concerns and objections professionally and persuasively. Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve sales targets. Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently. Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth. After-Sales Service: Provide excellent after-sales support, including handling customer enquiries, addressing concerns, and coordinating test drives. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
