Job Description:

  • Provide and maintain high level of customer service;
  • Perform sales or promotions activities, products and showcase display;
  • Prepare proposals and handle clients through phone calls and emails;
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales target;
  • Ability to demonstrate and explain our products and its accessories;
  • To keep display counters neat and tidy;
  • To promote a good brand image of the product;
  • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Market and promote specific product assigned by the company;
  • Provide feedback on general market conditions;
  • Present product knowledge in order to manage and to handle all types of customers; and
  • To carry out any duties as the Company may from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in retail
  • Aggressive, result-driven, customer-focused and good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Work location: Mid-valley Megamall

Job Type: Full-time
