Since then, it has expanded its services to include auditing, taxation, company secretarial services, advisory, human resources, administration, finance, and training. Originally based in Ampang, Selangor, the company later moved its operations to Subang Jaya and, eventually, to Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist potential clients, both in person, via phone, or through digital channels.

Understand the client’s needs and recommend the appropriate service offerings.

Provide timely and accurate information about services, including pricing, packages, and service details.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals.

Assist in upselling or cross-selling services based on customer needs.

Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking client interactions and opportunities.

Provide post-sale support, addressing customer concerns or issues with services provided.

Assist with scheduling, booking, or coordinating services for clients.

Assist in generating leads by identifying potential customers or markets.

Follow up on initial inquiries and maintain communication with prospective clients until they are converted into customers.

Help manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business or referrals.

Requirements :

At least 2-5 years of experience in the sales or business field.

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Management any equivalent courses.

To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and sales.

Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.

The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
