Job responsibility
- Perform day-to-day accounts receivable task that includes filing, sending invoices, update customer details, liaising with sales, technical, servicing department on project & billing status & etc.
- Following up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are kept in line with the Company’s policies, accounting standard procedures
- Oversee the daily accounting and financial to ensure the smooth running of the departments in order to support the business operation.
- Assisting with auditing activities and year-end account preparation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a related field
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking, good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Support senior accounting staff
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software
