Job responsibility

  • Perform day-to-day accounts receivable task that includes filing, sending invoices, update customer details, liaising with sales, technical, servicing department on project & billing status & etc.
  • Following up on outstanding payments from customers.
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are kept in line with the Company’s policies, accounting standard procedures
  • Oversee the daily accounting and financial to ensure the smooth running of the departments in order to support the business operation.
  • Assisting with auditing activities and year-end account preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking, good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Support senior accounting staff
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software
