  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

An Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, ensuring smooth production workflows, order fulfillment, and stock management. They play a key role in leading and motivating the operations team while maintaining efficiency, quality, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Order Fulfillment:

  • Support and lead the production team to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise order fulfillment, including preparing AWBs, boxing orders, and ensuring accurate parcel deliveries.
  • Ensure on-time production to meet daily logistics pickup cut-off times.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Take full ownership of stock levels for packaging and raw materials to support daily operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively alert management when stock is low.

Team Leadership & Culture:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the operations team to foster a positive work environment.
  • Cultivate Origin Bulk Store’s team culture (eco values) and objectives.
  • Conduct introductions and training sessions for new team members.
  • Provide motivation, guidance, and discipline while escalating issues to management when necessary.

E-commerce & Process Improvements:

  • Update product listings on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces when required.
  • Propose and implement at least one improvement initiative per month (e.g., refining workflow or reducing errors).

Other Duties:

  • Ensure efficient production with minimal downtime.
  • Any other tasks necessary to support smooth daily operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
