3. Assessment & Continuous Improvement

- Track learning outcomes and recommend improvements to maintain Avidity’s high training standards.
- Analyze training data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous learning enhancement.
4. Coaching & Professional Development
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce learning and support skill application.
- Guide participants in applying knowledge to real-world scenarios, ensuring long-term growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the Avidity training ecosystem.
5. Training Coordination & Administration
- Work closely with Avidity’s team to plan and schedule training sessions efficiently.
- Ensure all training logistics, materials, and digital tools are prepared for seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and certification processes.
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Act as a key account of Avidity International, building strong relationships with clients and participants.
- Work alongside other Avidity trainers to maintain consistency in training quality and methodology.
7. Industry & Skills Advancement
- Stay updated on industry trends, leadership development strategies, and innovative training techniques.
- Continuously enhance personal training capabilities through research, certifications, and professional development.
- Align with Avidity’s vision of driving impactful, high-quality training solutions that transform individuals and organizations
