Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Legal and IT-related sales, with a focus on the SG, MY, US, UK & AU markets. This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities through the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and product demos for potential clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a similar role within the B2B Legal and IT-related industries.
  • Proven experience in contacting and engaging with the SG, MY, US, UK & AU markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: MYR4,000-MYR5,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Commission and Incentives: Performance-based commissions and bonuses.
