Job Responsibility

  • Perform outbound calls to potential lead.
  • Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities and close business deals, ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Explain YYC services / products / training programs to potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Secure stronger customer relationships and enlarge the customer base.
  • Following up with new business opportunities.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
  • Support marketing events / activities organised by company.
  • Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients and make existing processes simpler & better.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level Certificate.
  • Working experiences in the marketing / tele-marketer or similar sales/customer service is a plus-point; Fresh graduate interested in corporate sales also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation, able to communicate effectively over the telephone.
  • Aggressive, willing to accept challengers, self-motivated, independent and result oriented.
  • Demonstrable ability to work in fast-changing environments.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
