  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with a focus on the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in full set accounts, particularly within a manufacturing field. A strong willingness to learn and adapt, along with additional skills in SST (Sales and Service Tax) management and Mandarin proficiency, will be considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Generate and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Record incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare aging reports, monitor outstanding balances, and provide collection updates.
  • Customer Relationship & Credit Control: Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes. Assess customer creditworthiness and enforce credit control policies.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and support audits with necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of SST regulations is an advantage.
  • Experience in preparing audit schedules.
  • Strong written skills in English; ability to write professional emails and formal letters is essential.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
