  • Coordinate regional travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Supporting management for admin matters
  • Process the expense reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests for finance
  • Prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets etc
  • Assist in-coordinating meetings and book meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required
  • Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area, conference rooms and visitor holding areas at all times
  • Helping in developing and improving admin systems and policies
  • Assist in coordination of any company events
  • Checking, drafting and preparation of emails and letters
  • Act as point of contact among internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow-up on the renewal of Agreements (office related contracts)
  • Company handphones, facilities asset management
  • Coordination of Board & Committee meetings
  • Provide HR assistance to HR workflow in terms of interview schedule, HR projects/events planning etc.
  • Support office management for the wellbeing of employees, office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • 5 years of HR & Secretary experiences at Executive level and Office Administration work
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
  • Able to work independently with initiative
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Able to multi-task and communicate well with people of all level
  • Able to handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
