- Coordinate regional travel arrangements and accommodation
- Supporting management for admin matters
- Process the expense reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests for finance
- Prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets etc
- Assist in-coordinating meetings and book meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required
- Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area, conference rooms and visitor holding areas at all times
- Helping in developing and improving admin systems and policies
- Assist in coordination of any company events
- Checking, drafting and preparation of emails and letters
- Act as point of contact among internal and external stakeholders
- Follow-up on the renewal of Agreements (office related contracts)
- Company handphones, facilities asset management
- Coordination of Board & Committee meetings
- Provide HR assistance to HR workflow in terms of interview schedule, HR projects/events planning etc.
- Support office management for the wellbeing of employees, office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- 5 years of HR & Secretary experiences at Executive level and Office Administration work
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Professional and positive attitude
- Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
- Able to work independently with initiative
- Good written and verbal communication
- Able to multi-task and communicate well with people of all level
- Able to handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
