  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounts payable (AP) functions for our Singapore account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments, maintaining vendor records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audit queries.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Monitor and review outstanding invoices of interco with prompt resolution of queries.
  • Perform monthly interco reconciliation, backlog clearances, and AP clean up.
  • Review AP aging and ensure all payment journals offset with invoices before month end closing.
  • Ensure weekly cashbook entry tally with GL.
  • Finalise payment forecast for payment batch on every 10th, 18th & month end.
  • Verify that all payment vouchers are supported by vendor SOA, invoice copy or email approval.
  • Handle new vendor account creation and maintenance.
  • Generate AP Aging, update AP Recon and save in SG SharePoint during closing.
  • Keep tracks of all payments and expenditures.
  • Upload monthly interco and vendor reconciliation to SG SharePoint by 15th every month.
  • New vendor account creation & maintenance.
  • Follow up on discrepancies orders.
  • Respond vendor emails within two working days.
  • Ensure timely entries captured.
  • Assist in audit queries.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles & procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
