Executive - Customer Experience
Opening with auto finance multinational in Petaling Jaya.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
2. Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the Customer Service & mailboxes.
3. To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
4. To promote company mobile app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions. •
5. To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
REQUIREMENTS
1. Min Diploma/Degree in any field
2. Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field (fresh graduate will be considered)
3. Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Work Location: In person
