  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday ( 8.30AM - 5.30PM ) - Flexible Hours

Job Description :

  • Providing comprehensive information about various Takaful products such as life protection, health, education, and investment plans to customers.
  • Conducting financial analysis to understand customers’ protection needs and recommending suitable Takaful plans.
  • Establishing good relationships with new and existing customers, and providing follow-up services such as periodic policy reviews.
  • Guiding and supporting customers throughout the claim process to ensure smooth handling.
  • Managing essential documents such as application forms, Takaful policies, and preparing sales performance reports.
  • Attending training sessions, seminars, and workshops organized by the company to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Working towards meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Offering long-term financial guidance and advice to customers to ensure they remain adequately protected according to their current needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
