- Providing advisory and managerial role on training matters, planning and implementation of human resources programs in line with the company’s objective.
- Responsible for Training & Development including assessing training needs, creating training plans, utilizing various training methods, evaluating program effectiveness, managing training budgets, and staying updated on training trends.
