  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Duties

  • Collect deposit before check-in.
  • Send check-in/check-out instructions for guests .
  • Assist in guests during their check-in.
  • Liases with cleaner & maintenance team for any other matters.
  • Prepare quotation for offline booking.
  • Update offline bookings in calendar & google sheets.
  • ⁠Attend inquiries from OTA queries, technician or contractor.
  • Schedule for cleaning.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus
  • Strong client services orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
