Part-Time HR Assistant
Job duties:
1. Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
2. Ensure that all staff files are properly organized and maintained
4. Ensure that documents are filed in a systematic and accessible manner to ensure quick retrieval when necessary.
5. Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
6. Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
Requirements:
1. Ability to review documents carefully and ensure all necessary materials are included and correctly filed.
2. Good with keyboard and can input data smoothly while minimizing errors.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet.
4. Must be able to handle sensitive staff information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
