Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market surveys, track trends, and provide insights into pricing and consumer behaviour for management.
- Evaluate market conditions, consumer behaviour, competitor trends, and provide recommendations for effective product marketing strategies.
- Develop and strategize marketing plans for targeted markets within the approved budget.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic marketing plans to differentiate products in the market and generate new leads.
- Lead the development of promotional campaigns and all marketing communications to meet strategic objectives.
- Create and execute marketing plans and customer engagement strategies to increase product visibility.
- Oversee the development of public relations, publicity plans, and promotions for activities such as launches, exhibitions, and in-house events.
- Collaborate with the Project team, Sales team and Admin Sales teams to gather relevant data and feedback, conducting product analysis and optimisation as needed.
- Monitor objective key result (OKR’s) and review the effectiveness of marketing strategies over time.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies and campaigns, making adjustments as required.
- Provide regular market intelligence by monitoring industry and competitor communication strategies.
- Maintain and manage corporate identity, branding, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Monitor and manage advertising and promotional activities with internal and external vendors/agencies.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a marketing team to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience is necessary for this position, including at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within an industrial development project.
- Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and possesses excellent interpersonal skills in establishing and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally.
- Possess exceptional analytical capabilities, along with exemplary organizational and leadership skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
