Job Responsibilities:
- To handle and monitor full sets of general accounts of the company which includes updating and verification ledger, bank reconciliation, account payable, account receivable, month end closing, statutory report etc. with on time cut-off date.
- To prepare monthly cash flow report and responsible in cash flow and forecast.
- Prepare monthly management reports accurately and timely together with the financial analysis.
- To maintain well-organized and thorough financial reporting records and ensure all the accounting is perform within the company policies and procedures.
- To be responsible in preparation and processing of monthly payroll and ensure that all documentations are complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and its deadline.
- To undertake the company administrative tasks for supporting company operations.
- Attending to the companies’ audits including audit queries and handling of all tax related queries for timely year end closing of the companies’ accounts.
- Liaison person with auditors, tax agents IRB and custom and/or relevant authorities as required including new applications (i.e GTS/SST, etc) and all related matters.
- To liaise with the Company Secretary for all secretarial related matters.
- To proactively involve in identifying key issues and opportunities and make recommendation to management for financial decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Human Resource/Business Management/ Business Adminstration or equivalent.
- At least 2 year experience in handling full set of general accounts
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage
- Experience in Forecasting and Budgeting is not mandatory, however it is added advantage
- Patient, pleasant and friendly disposition with an eye for detail
- Willing to learn, compliant, have initiative and a self-starter
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, Google Suite, Quickbook Accounting Software, Payroll Software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
