Role: Delivery Consultant- ITSM

  • About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Solution Delivery & Presales professionals to join our growing ITSM practice. In this role, you will play a key role in both pre-sales and delivery activities, contributing to the successful execution of ITSM projects while supporting business development efforts.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Presales Support: o Assist in the preparation of client proposals and presentations. o Conduct market research and gather information relevant to client needs. o Participate in client meetings and demonstrations, showcasing our ITSM capabilities. o Support the development of proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to demonstrate the value of our ITSM offerings.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: o Contribute to the design and implementation of ITSM solutions, including:
  • Process mapping and analysis of existing ITSM processes.
  • Recommendation and implementation of improvements to ITSM processes.
  • Selection and implementation of ITSM tools and technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
  • Data migration and integration with existing systems.
  • Training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Technical Expertise: o Stay abreast of emerging ITSM technologies and trends, including AI/ML in ITSM, cloud-based ITSM solutions, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in ITSM tools and technologies.
  • Understand and adhere to industry best practices such as ITIL, ISO 20000.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: o 5-8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on ITSM implementation or consulting.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) is a plus. o Understanding of ITSM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, ISO 20000). • Skills: o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills. o Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. • Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification is a plus. Benefits:
