Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with daily tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle both office work and personal errands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Manage personal errands and daily coordination.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • School Pickup: Drive and fetch children from school in the afternoon.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and comfortable driving in KL.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in administrative roles is an advantage.
