  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you an experienced ERP Support Consultant looking for an opportunity to optimize and support enterprise systems? We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical and functional support for our ERP system, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the ERP system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, performance issues, and bugs.
  • Implement patches, updates, and system upgrades to maintain security and efficiency.
  • Optimize ERP workflows and processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in system configuration and customization to meet business needs.
  • Support end-users with queries, training, and documentation.
  • Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and vendors for system improvements.
  • Participate in ERP project planning, data migration, and integrations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant ERP certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in ERP support, ideally with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ERP functionalities and processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
