Digital Banking Customer Service Agents
Join our team and become a vital part of our digital banking customer service! We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to assist our customers with their banking needs.
Position - Customer Service Agent – Call Center - Inbound Calls
Working Location – CP Tower Section 16, Petaling Jaya, ( Near the MRT Phileo Damansara station )
Working hours - 24-7 rotation shifts- Monday – Sunday, 5 working days
2 rotational off days (7am- 4pm, 9am- 6pm, 2pm- 11pm, 10.30pm – 7.30am)
1 month of paid training is provided
Basic Salary:
From 2,400- RM 3,000
Mandarin speaking allowance- RM500
Shift monthly allowance – up to RM 300 (applicable for afternoon, evening and night shift only)
Quaterly KPI monthly allowance
Job Description:
· Assisting customers via inbound calls, live chat inquiries, and email handling related to digital banking processes and product services, professionally and courteously.
· Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues related to digital banking products and services.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer needs.
· Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
· Meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
· Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customers.
· Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking-related inquiries.
· Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
Job Requirement:
· Possess a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
· Minimum 6 months of experience in Inbound CS Banking / Financial Institution / e-Wallet / Payment Gateway Solution (GrabPay, ShopeePay, iPay88, Boost, etc)
· Candidates with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a Customer Service Inbound Call Centre, experienced in handling inbound calls, chats, and emails.
· Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills in English are welcome to apply
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes, live chat inquiries, and emails.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in working with CRM systems.
· Familiarity with digital banking products and services.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (24/7).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM1,542.48 - RM4,332.29 per month
