HR Executive

Reports to: HR & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Employee Administration & Recruitment

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle onboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, collecting required documents, and introducing new hires to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll-related documentation.

2. Employee Relations & Performance Monitoring

  • Address basic employee concerns and escalate serious grievances to the HR & Operations Manager.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes for departing employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance and punctuality, assisting in tracking performance issues and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to boost morale and workplace satisfaction.

3. Compliance & Policy Enforcement

  • Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of labor laws and company HR policies across all outlets.
  • Maintain HR documentation, including contracts, performance records, and compliance-related paperwork.

4. Training & Development Support

  • Coordinate staff training sessions, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.
  • Maintain training records and track employee participation in development programs.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and HR presentations as needed.

5. Payroll & Leave Management

  • Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate attendance and leave tracking.
  • Manage employee leave records, ensuring adherence to company leave policies.
  • Address leave requests and ensure proper scheduling to avoid staffing gaps.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, including employee headcount, turnover rates, and recruitment updates.
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee files, HR policies, and other administrative records.
  • Assist in compiling data for management meetings and HR reviews.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • All vacancies filled within an agreed hiring timeline.
  • 100% completion of onboarding documentation for new hires.

Employee Records & Compliance:

  • Accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Zero compliance issues related to HR documentation.

Payroll & Leave Management:

  • 100% accuracy in leave and attendance tracking.
  • Timely payroll data submission to the finance team.

Employee Engagement & Support:

  • Timely resolution of basic employee concerns within 3 working days.
  • Positive feedback from staff on HR support and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
