Requirements:
- At least Diploma in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as required

- Strong basic accounting knowledge

Key Duties:

1) Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

2) Assist to prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, including;

a) Accrual schedules,

b) Debtor and creditor reconciliations,

c) Bank reconciliations.

3) Assist to ensure completeness of documentation and accuracy of calculations

4) Work closely with Account member teams on invoice matter and monthly end closing activities.

5) Prepare payment listing, process payments, reimbursements and petty cash claims per scheduled timeline and upon request

6) Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and legislative requirements as well as company policies.

7) Assist to follow up documents/information with relevant department/suppliers.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
