Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective complaint resolution.
- Manage administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries via CS & ASK mailboxes.
- Conduct telesales for Insurance Products (Auto & Credit Life).
- Promote the mobile apps to non-app users and drive FPX transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Strong multitasking skills, quick learner, and a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
