Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective complaint resolution.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries via CS & ASK mailboxes.
  • Conduct telesales for Insurance Products (Auto & Credit Life).
  • Promote the mobile apps to non-app users and drive FPX transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong multitasking skills, quick learner, and a team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
