To be responsible for office administration of the branch which includes but not limited to the following:
To be responsible for travel administration of the branch.
To be responsible for branch staff training administration as and when necessary.
To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

Job Description
To be responsible for office administration of the branch which includes but not limited to the following:
- Purchases of office supplies, equipment and others that deemed necessary for business operational needs.
- Sourcing and engaging services providers for maintenance and upkeep of offices, facilities and equipment.
- Liaisons with government agencies on business and facility licenses and permits and ensuring that all requirements are met.
- Perform periodic reviews on suppliers and service providers to ensure that cost and quality objectives are met.
- Recruitment – advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting and offering.
- Staff payroll processing – ensure accuracy of payment and compliance to regulations.
- Staff performance review – ensure timely review periodically.
- Handling of staff grievances – ensure compliance to regulations.

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree,Professional Degree, any field.
- At least5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Strong problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Role model of integrity and pride for all employees.
