  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting with 8+ years of experience (3+ years in managerial role).
  • Membership in a professional accounting body (e.g Malaysian Institute of Accounts.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial modelling.
  • Strong understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to ensure long-term financial stability and growth. Collaborate with senior management to align the company’s financial plans with its overall business goals.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and financial projections. Monitor variances between actual and budgeted performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Oversee internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard assets and minimize financial risks.
  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Monitor the company's cash flow, working capital, and liquidity. Manage banking relationships and optimize capital structure and financing options.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and development. Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Represent the company in meetings with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Mergers, Acquisitions, and Investments: Assist in financial due diligence and the evaluation of potential acquisitions, partnerships, or investment opportunities.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions and strategies.
