Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage all logistical matters, focusing on both import and export activities to ensure a smooth and streamlined process.

2. Safely receive, store, retrieve, and dispatch goods, maintaining a keen eye on quality and adherence to timelines.

3. Take the lead in managing all tax exemption applications with relevant authorities to ensure compliance and financial efficiency.

4. Identify areas for improvement within the warehouse and logistics processes, implementing strategies to maximize overall productivity.

5. Prepare and manage our logistics system, emphasizing time management for efficient operations.

6. Closely monitor all deliveries of raw materials for production, ensuring timely and accurate receipt.

7. Work closely with appointed freight forwarders and shipping agents to secure accurate quotes and preferred destinations.

8. Manage and implement smooth warehouse operations, utilizing computerized administration and retrieval systems, including ERP systems.

9. Implement and maintain a comprehensive warehouse materials identification system for efficient inventory management.

10. Develop and implement an effective materials transfer system to facilitate seamless movement within the supply chain.

11. Ensure the identification and maintenance of the minimum level of parts at all times while strategically planning for future capacity requirements.

12. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics on the levels of parts/raw materials within the organization.

13. Maintain a constant focus on health, safety, cleanliness, and security standards within the warehouse, receiving, and distribution areas.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
