About the Job:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at BW Scaffold Sdn. Bhd., part of the BWYS Group, located in Banting. Reporting to the Senior Production Cum Maintenance Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process, and coordinatization between sections to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

URGENT HIRING!

Responsibilities:

1.1. Monitor and plan manpower for every section (machine operation, painting, welding).
1.2. Ensure all production processes are documented.
1.3. Follow work orders for production runs (on a weekly basis).
1.4. Verify daily overtime request forms for production workers.
1.5. Manage production overtime as required.
1.6. Minimize the production reject rate.
1.7. Liaise with the planner for daily production planning.
1.8. Perform any other lawful tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.
1.9. Check/monitor daily section output (welding, painting, machine operations).
1.10. Be familiar with mechanical work and implement automation at workstations.
1.11. Implement 5S practices at workstations.
1.12. Immediately inform the maintenance department in the event of a machine breakdown.
1.13. Take on additional responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.

Qualifications & Skills:

2.1. Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U qualification, or equivalent, in any field.
2.2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
2.3. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
2.4. Computer literate and able to work with minimal supervision.
2.5. Ability to communicate in multiple dialects is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
