Position: HR Executive
1.0 Responsibility & Authority:
1.1 Responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and payroll administration
1.2 Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and company policies
1.3 Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
1.4 Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
1.5 Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
1.6 Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies
1.7 Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement
1.8 Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, including leave management and insurance claims
1.9 Support performance appraisal processes and assist in developing performance improvement plans
1.10 Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies
1.11 Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement initiatives
1.12 Maintain HR databases and generate reports related to HR metrics
1.13 Coordinate company events, employee welfare activities, and corporate social responsibility programs
1.14 Assist in workforce planning and succession planning strategies
1.15 Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR information and processes

3.0 Qualification & Experience:
3.1 Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
3.2 At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in HR-related functions
3.3 Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and regulations
3.4 Experience in handling recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
