OPERATION SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
The Supervisor – Operationsis responsible for overseeing daily bus operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, maintaining safety standards, and managing administrative tasks related to fleet management, personnel, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth transportation services while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Supervise and coordinate daily bus operations, including scheduling and route planning.
- Monitor real-time bus movements to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
- Handle any operational issues, including delays, breakdowns, and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of buses to maintain quality standards.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records related to driver schedules, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, operational issues, and service improvements.
- Manage employee attendance, work schedules, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee compliance with transportation laws and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control for operational expenses.
Personnel Management:
- Supervise bus drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for operational staff.
- Address and resolve employee concerns or grievances.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and operational guidelines.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Respond to passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors.
- Implement service improvement strategies based on customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or bus operations management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety procedures.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with frequent field visits to bus depots and operational areas.
- Must be available for shift work, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driving License (B/B2, D/DA) (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
