  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Carpark Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of parking operations. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing revenue reports, enforcing operational procedures, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize parking management and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:Audit & Compliance:

  • Conduct regular audits of parking transactions, revenue collection, and access control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and contractual agreements.
  • Identify discrepancies, fraud, or operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

  • Analyze revenue reports, transaction logs, and parking occupancy data to detect irregularities.
  • Monitor cashless and automated payment systems for accuracy and security.
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to reconcile daily collections.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Develop and implement best practices to improve revenue assurance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.
  • Assist in training carpark staff on proper procedures and compliance measures.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with third-party operators, security teams, and technology providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer complaints related to billing or access issues in collaboration with the operations team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
