Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR files in a confidential and organized manner

Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate timesheet and payroll submissions and resolve discrepancies in employee payroll data

Support Staff Recognition Programs: Help organize staff appreciation events, celebrations, and activities to boost employee morale and engagement

Track Employee Attendance: Monitor staff attendance records, help with vacation or sick leave requests, and make sure the clinic has enough coverage at all times

Prepare Reports: Generate simple HR reports on things like employee turnover, absences, or training sessions

Travel Between Branches: Occasionally travel between different clinic locations to assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, employee support, and training

Track and Update License Expirations: Keep track of employee licenses and certifications that require renewal

Submit HRD Claims for Employee Development: As part of HR responsibilities, submit claims to the HRD department for employee training, development, and certification programs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
