Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Help with job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Employee Support: Maintain employee records and answer questions about HR policies.
  • Onboarding: Assist with new employee orientation and paperwork.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company follows labor laws and HR policies.
  • Problem-solving: Handle ad-hoc tasks and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Document Management: Handle documentation processes, including organizing, filing, and maintaining records related to projects, permits, licenses, and correspondence.
  • Training: Conduct orientation or schedule interna; training for employees

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or a related field.
  • Most welcome to fresh graduate
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
