Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Help with job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Support: Maintain employee records and answer questions about HR policies.
- Onboarding: Assist with new employee orientation and paperwork.
- Compliance: Ensure the company follows labor laws and HR policies.
- Problem-solving: Handle ad-hoc tasks and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Document Management: Handle documentation processes, including organizing, filing, and maintaining records related to projects, permits, licenses, and correspondence.
- Training: Conduct orientation or schedule interna; training for employees
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or a related field.
- Most welcome to fresh graduate
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
