  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Service Advisor (Cantonese Speaker)
Location: George Town, Penang
Salary:

  • Fixed Basic: RM3,500
  • Language Allowance: RM300
  • 13-Month Bonus

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
  • 5 working days per week (rotational shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service for a leading American Technology Company (Smart Device Client).
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in Cantonese and English.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Local Malaysian fluent in Cantonese and English (C1 Level).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
