About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resource Executive / Assistant to join our growing team. In this full-time position based in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in our talent acquisition and recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR skills and contribute to the success of our dynamic organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify top talent
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure efficient and effective recruitment
  • Conduct reference and background checks on prospective candidates
  • Organise and coordinate interviews, assessments and other recruitment activities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
